How to Use Attack Heli in Blow Up The City

Steerable cash damage. Fly the street and the train before you buy the AC-130 pass.

How to Use Attack Heli

Attack Heli is the Update 1.5 cash gunship in Blow Up The City. It is not the AC-130 pass. AC-130 costs 149 Robux and fires 30mm under your control. Attack Heli is bought with the same wallet that buys Nuke, Tornado, and Earthquake. If a shop row is missing after a rejoin, hop servers — early testing still caches names.

The airstrike tier list ranks Attack Heli A because a miss is a fly-by, not a bankrupt crater. That is the whole pitch. This page is how to fly it so the fly-by actually clips mass.

What you are buying

Official text only says “Attack Heli.” There is no published ammo count, altitude, or restock. Play it as steerable line damage:

  • Good on streets of walk-ups, bridge decks, and the working train.
  • Wasteful on a single tower you could have circled with a mid bomb.
  • Pointless on scorched craters. The heli will happily stitch ash.

It is the legal, in-game answer to “I want a gun run without 149 Robux.” Read gamepasses before you upgrade the fantasy to AC-130.

How to run a street

  1. Join a city that still has a row, not a monument. Private servers help — see private servers.
  2. Stand at one end of the walk-ups so you can see the whole line. If you spawn in a crater, rotate before you open the shop.
  3. Call Attack Heli and lead the nose down the row. Do not hover over one house hoping the rotor counts as a nuke.
  4. Bank cash, restock, pick a second street or the train. The loop is still how to earn cash.

If NPCs make the street look like the thumbnail, pack them on a private city with Unlimited NPCs. They are garnish. The payout is the buildings.

How to hit the train

Update 1.5 added a working train. A slow circle (Nuke, ICBM) misses a moving row. A gun run can clip carriages and the houses beside the track if you wait until the train is not in an empty cutting.

Lead the target. Fire along the rail, not at the last place you saw the engine. If you only hit the cutting, you paid for a sightseeing flight. Pair the train with nearby lots the same way how to destroy buildings tells you to pair a bridge with both banks.

Attack Heli versus AC-130 versus weather

Buy Attack Heli before AC-130 if you only want the feel. Buy AC-130 only after a vanilla session proved you like flying a gun. Unlimited Cash fills the cash shop; it does not include AC-130. That trap is documented on the gamepass tier list.

When the heli feels weak

  • Public eight-player chaos. Someone else’s Nuke deletes your street while you line up. Hop or go private.
  • You are stitching craters. Update 1.5 made ash readable. Leave.
  • You are trying to snipe the crane. Use a mid bomb. Weather drifts; a heli that hovers over one prop is a mid bomb with extra steps.
  • The HUD hid the shop. Controls has no official card. Rejoin once. Do not buy a script that “unlocks heli” — scripts still have no verified listing for this place.

Spend order

Cash first: repeatable bomb, then Attack Heli or a wide weather tool, then Nuke. Robux later: X2 Cash if you like the loop, AC-130 if you still want 30mm after the heli. Full flowchart: spend order and the airstrike planner.

Attack Heli will move on the tier list if Update 2 retunes restock. Until the 9 September 2026 description actually changes, fly the 1.5 heli on standing rows and leave the mushroom to Nuke.

A good Attack Heli session is boring on purpose: two streets, one train pass, cash in the pocket, no Robux receipt. That is how you find out whether the gunship fantasy is worth 149 Robux. Most players who skip this page buy AC-130 on a public crater and then search for codes. There are still no working codes.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for airstrikes, cash, codes, Update 1.5, and the Update 2 teaser.

Is Attack Heli the AC-130?

No. Attack Heli is a cash strike from Update 1.5. AC-130 is a 149 Robux gamepass with 30mm rounds.

Should I buy Attack Heli or Nuke first?

A repeatable bomb first. Then Attack Heli if you have a street or a train. Nuke is for a clustered skyline you can afford to miss.

Can Attack Heli hit the train?

Yes, if you lead it while it sits next to houses. A slow nuke reticle is the worse tool for a moving row.

Does Unlimited Cash include Attack Heli?

Unlimited Cash fills cash strikes, which include Attack Heli. It does not include the AC-130 or ICBM passes.

Why is Attack Heli A tier?

A miss is a fly-by. You still flew over the block. A wasted Nuke deletes the budget.
